Jeremy Wade McKinnon (born December 17, 1985) is an American musician from Ocala, Florida. McKinnon is a founding member and the lead vocalist of A Day to Remember. His vocal style as a lead vocalist for A Day to Remember is primarily a mix of pop punk and metalcore, but there is some post-hardcore sound in some songs

McKinnon's interest in music happened after hanging out with a friend's band. He was inspired to play heavy music by a local band, Seven Star. McKinnon would get into trouble a lot during high school and as a result he would write music. McKinnon's first band[4] was the ska band All for Nothing, before joining guitarist Tom Denney and drummer Bobby Scruggs to form A Day to Remember.
