Hello I tried to submit the album REO/TWO by REO speedwagon but for some reason it says I can't submit the album because I don't have a label or album art.(even though I had both)

I spent a lot of time gathering information and images and when I pressed submit. Nothing happened. Pressed it again. Nothing. The submission did not submit.
